Refunds
We offer refunds for purchases within **48 hours of delivery**. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may request a refund by contacting our customer service team within this time frame.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
In the rare case that a product is defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your product with a detailed description and photos of the defect. We will assess the situation and offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis, which may include repair or replacement.
